Return Shipping & Inspection Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and any required photos or videos.

Once your return request is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for securely packing and shipping the product back to the address provided by our support team.

  • The cost of shipping the product back to us is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a wrong product, damaged product, or manufacturing defect caused by us.

  • We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service with shipment tracking, as Revaunt is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

After we receive the returned product, our Quality Control team will inspect it to verify that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

  • The return request meets our Return & Refund Policy.

If the product successfully passes inspection, we will process the approved exchange or replacement. If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund, as applicable.

If the returned product does not pass our inspection or does not meet our return eligibility criteria, the return or exchange request may be rejected, and the product can be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
