At Revaunt, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive premium-quality apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged or defective.

You received the wrong item, size, or design.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:

The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

A clear unboxing video and photographs showing the issue may be required for verification.
Products that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Returns are not accepted on the basis of customer personal bias, interest, or decisions.
Size Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer one-time size exchange (subject to stock availability).
Conditions:

Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Customers are required to ship the product back to us at their own cost using a reliable courier service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process and ship the exchanged item to you.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only if:

The returned product passes our quality inspection.

We are unable to provide a replacement or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the required account details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Please note that refunds will only be initiated after the returned product has been received by us and successfully passes our inspection process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Gift cards.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.

Requests made after the return window has expired.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated according to our return policy.
Return Process

Email our support team with your order number, issue details, photographs, and unboxing video (if applicable).

Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at the address provided by our support team.

The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping.

After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund approval is subject to successful quality inspection of the returned product.

Any misuse of the return policy may result in future orders being declined.
